Take the stairs for leg exercise

take the stairs is "much better"than use elevator
it's cause like a little exercise for our body
especially our leg muscle
i'm do it everyday for a year
now look at me,my leg now like best american runner Edwin Moses :-)
whatever,it will be a good habit and good for our healthy and free for charge

so,
why you are'nt try it?
